The early months of 2022 proved to be rough for the Barney Bunch and Speakonia Community. On YouTube, the terminations of [[ToiletPranker]] and [[Skewt]] was met with outrage, especially since they have not been active in several years. VidLii was also in hot water too, with the revelation that it has been used for pro-Kremlin propaganda during the ongoing war in Ukraine, as well as allowing violent acts of gore on the site, and in retaliation, several community members who were stationed on the site deleted their accounts in protest. Caught between a rock and a hard place, [[IronYoshi1212 Productions]] uploaded a video on April 2nd criticizing YouTube following the termination of ToiletPranker and Skewt, and discussed possible alternatives to YouTube, even suggesting a VidLii comeback (though this was before he found out about VIdLii's recent controversy), but he mainly suggested backing up older videos so that they will be safe from YouTube's prying eyes.

In the end, the drama proved to be the final nail in the coffin for the community's time on Tracle. While it would be easy to pin the blame on the mods and the Tracle community for overreacting (almost to a level the original Barney Bunch received on Newgrounds) and for pulling some rather dirty tricks, the Speakonia Community isn't entirely blameless either, as IronYoshi would point out in his video. The community could have handled the news regarding the TOS better, and Drew Pickles goes to Tracle certainly didn't help the strained relationship at all. The impact of the drama would also leave the Speakonia Discord server on full lockdown for a brief time, with invites disabled and a new mod team and verification system added. IronYoshi and a few other members would greatly discourage going after the Tracle community or retaliating in any manner, lest the whole thing gets dragged on longer than it needed to or made worse. IronYoshi believed it would be best to ultimately move on and find another site to set up. Later on Halloween day, TheBucketCat would issue an apology to the Speakonia Community in a video, acknowledging the points in IronYoshi's video and realizing he went a bit too far, with the Tracle Mod who broke into the server RedTurbo13 also apologizing for his actions on The Speakonia Discord and lifting Robotic and DharMannFan69's bans in the Tracle server. Even after the drama, a small handful of users would continue to post on the site, mainly SpeakoniaSwellness, with RoboticBloxxer, CalciferBarney, and EarthHound uploading content on occasion, though not on the same frequency as the previous months. Many members, such as IronYoshi, StraightFusion, and SexyLuver69 have since retired from the site and would post their content back on YouTube or began using alternatives like Internet Archive as a backup.

Despite the Speakonia Community moving on from Tracle after the events that happened in October and stopped regularly posting to the site, Tracle still got criticism for the amount of Barney Bunch videos on there, and according to one of the mods, many broadband providers had categorized the site as "pornography" (possibly due to the explicit titles of many Blood-style videos), some even blocking Tracle as a whole because of it. This would all come to a head on January 25, 2023, when word got out that they held a poll on their Discord server revealing that they began to determine the fate of all the Barney Bunch videos on their site due to the criticism levied against them for hosting Barney Bunch content by it's users. The options were either remove all the videos and ban the associated users behind them, age-restrict all the videos, remove newly posted Barney Bunch videos and age-restrict the older ones, or just leave the videos as is. The votes began to lean heavily between the first two options, with news breaking out to the Speakonia Community, who were not happy and began to question the validity of the apology that was sent to them by the Tracle community beforehand. Some wanted to retaliate against Tracle, others shot this down, not wanting a repeat of past events. Some members of the Speakonia Community on the Tracle Discord server were even banned for trying to go in and rig the vote in the Speakonia Community's favor. In spite of this, the next day would see the poll close and the community voted for all Barney Bunch/Speakonia content to be banned. The staff though would let the Barney Bunch creators remove the videos themselves until February 4th when the ban is put into place. This signaled the official end of the Barney Bunch's time on Tracle. In order to make up for this, one of the Tracle mods, sks2002, offered the community the opportunity to start up their own video-hosting platform under the proposed name Swell.TV (or Swelly), with plans still in early development. In the meantime, many members of the community began searching for more alternatives, leading to some going to Dailymotion, Rumble, Odysee, BitChute, and Vimeo.
