Tony Little is an American-born fitness trainer and businessman who has touted himself as being "America's Personal Trainer". He was quite popular during the 80s and 90s, which were the height of fitness training videos. He has made numerous appearances on television and has subsequently been parodies just as much.

In the Barney Bunch universe, all of that is rendered moot. He was once part of the enemy group known as the Wishbone Resistance, who's sole purpose was to put a stop to the shenanigans that Drew and the Barney Bunch would get into. Following the disbanding of the Wishbone Resistance, he would later on become allies with the Barney Bunch, even joining their ranks. Little is best known for enraging in the act of "speed raping", which he has sex with someone at lightning speed. He mostly spends his time owning certain people who are grievances to others or that are a menace to society.
