Barney the Triple Testicle Dildosaur is Drew's fatass husband with a massive ballsack, which has 3 testicles (he had 4 of them, but one of them became Grimace). While the group is named after him, he is not the leader but rather their mascot, and mostly serves as Drew's closest companion, though he is often punished for the most trivial things or for getting in Drew's way, likely a nod to how the Vyond/GoAnimate community always depicts preschool show characters getting grounded. Barney's voice is infamously inconsistent, with many using Adult Male #4 or Microsoft Mike (as it sounds very close to Barney's actual voice), as well as Microsoft Sam on the lowest pitch.

Dick the Clown is Ronald McDonald's brother who is as mysterious as he is recognizable. While not as successful as his more famous brother, he was crucial in the founding of the Barney Bunch and went on to be a staple character. Better known as Cum Oats, the Quaker Queer is an old-fashioned chap who loves making swell oatmeal out of bodily fluids and wastes.
