This would also be the year that collabs would make a return, notably Krypto Week and a collab hosted by RoboticBloxxer to coincide with the year's Barney Bunch anniversary. 2022 proved to be so much of a significant year that, much like Alfardo did with 2016, IronYoshi would make a retrospective video covering the highs and lows the year had to offer.

In various attempts to start looking for alternatives, as well as preserve past content, RoboticBloxxer found a site called Tracle, and helped kickstart the community there. At first, it seemed like a fitting YouTube alternative despite the concerns of several users on the site (and its Discord server), but things went south real quick in late October after Tracle updated its policies regarding reuploaded work and sexual content, and several videos were removed and a few members banned. Matters would be made even worse following an upload by StraightFusion featuring Drew visiting the site, with tempers flaring from both sides. Ultimately, IronYoshi would release a video criticizing both the community and Tracle for taking things too far, resulting in him retiring his Tracle channel and hoping that the community would move on from the site.
