SwellDrewTube: Difference between revisions

The founding of SwellDrewTube began with celebrated community member MrCaptianJeff, who at the time was deciding whether or not to retire from making videos. He was originally offered a position in OldSchoolSwellness, but an argument broke out between him and some members of OSS. With that, the catalyst of SwellDrewTube was formed, creating their YouTube channel on June 13, and the [[The Unestablished War|Unestablished War]] broke out between the two sides. Like with OSS, SDT would ultimately disband after the War, with many of its members having retired from the community or had their channels terminated. To this day, the SwellDrewTube channel is still up, but it remains long abandoned.

The attitude of SwellDrewTube proved extremely influential with many users in the community, particularly newer members. While many veteran members of the Barney Bunch portion of the community took in the philosophy of OldSchoolSwellness, members of the off-branch [[The Foot Fetish Community|Foot Fetish Community]] were greatly influenced by SDT, creating a ridiculous amount of new groups and adding specific branches to already-established groups. Many new characters and groups would also emerge taking an influence from SDT, such as [[Yogi Bear]], the [[The Humongous Bunch|Humongous Bunch]], the [[The Ketchum Klan|Ketchum Klan]], [[Brony Drew Pickles]], and [[Maid Marian]]. Even to this day, as the OSS ideology would fade out, the SDT one would continue to be pushed, with many new community members adding their own groups to the Speakonia canon and making additions to already-established ones, for better and for worse.
