'''Screw Pickles''' is the long lost son of [[Drew Pickles]] and a beloved but obscure part of the [[The Speakonia Community|Speakonia Community]]. Despite his relative obscurity, he is one of the earliest characters bar the [[Pube Muppet]] who was exclusively created to be an antagonist to the [[The Barney Bunch (fictional)|Barney Bunch]].

== History ==
Screw Pickles was first created by user ChoroQQQQQ in a video simply titled "Screw Pickles" on May 27, 2009. He was characterized as being Drew's long lost son who wanted revenge against his father, and formed his own group to rival the Barney Bunch known as the Screw Scouts. Despite a few video appearances, Screw would fall into obscurity, especially as other characters like the Pube Muppet, [[Yogi Bear]], [[Fatty Bear]] and the [[The Humongous Bunch|Humongous Bunch]], [[Betty DeVille]], and the [[The Nega Barney Bunch|Nega Barney Bunch]] filled those roles. However he still would appear in some videos, mainly from user Yuseme90, though not as frequently.

By the start of the 2020s, roughly a decade after his inception, Screw became more utilized and had some fairly memorable roles such as in JacktheCryogonal's How Screw Pickles Stole Christmas, [[IronYoshi1212 Productions|IronYoshi1212]]'s Junior Gets Screwed!, and [[DrewPicklesTheDark]]'s [[The Great Speakonia War|Great Speakonia War]] series. He is voiced by Adult Male #1.

== Description and Personality ==
Screw Pickles is the first born child of Drew Pickles and [[Charlotte Pickles]]. He is depicted as looking like his cousin Tommy, but with Drew's glasses crudely drawn on (as was in the first image of him made, shown in the infobox above) or Photoshopped onto his face as in later videos. Upon his birth, it was foretold that he would be even gayer than his father, so in order to protect his title, Drew banished Screw to the 6th Layer of Hell (later retconned into being the 7th Layer of Hell). As a result, Screw vowed vengeance on his father and the group he would go on to create, to which Screw counteracted with his own group after he failed to beat the Barney Bunch on his own one time, known as the Screw Scouts. Despite having a significant role in Yuseme90's videos, the Screw Scouts would eventually fall into obscurity.

The time spent in Hell has gave Screw unearthly powers, such as the ability to turn into a monster and to teleport. He sometimes takes offers for [[Satan]] on the fly and is often accompanied by his personal butt buddy Cody Simpson. Screw is also a master manipulator, as evidenced in his plan to lure his half-brother [[Drew Pickles Jr.]] to Hell. He can don on a mech-suit (itself a rainbow-colored Bumblebee from the first live action ''Transformers'' movie with his head) to gain additional powers and access to weaponry. He also learned to possess other beings during IronYoshi's 2022 Barney Bunch Halloween Special, where it was revealed he was the demon who possesses [[Barney]] when he used a demon dialdoh as a way to take control of his body. Despite being banished to Hell, he is allowed to roam the surface world for one day every month. Sometimes, like many early antagonistic characters, Screw will set aside his differences and actually help his father against a common foe like the Nega Barney Bunch and Swellmix.

==Trivia==
*In Yuseme90's videos, Screw Pickles was able to escape Hell on his own easily, forcing the Barney Bunch to seal him in the gap between dimensions/limbo since he would try to escape there again, only for him to escape that too. But in later videos by IronYoshi seem to have Screw Pickles back in Hell, not explaining how he was sealed back there or why he didn't escape on his own like his earlier appearances. So it was suggested his previous escapes were either retconned or somehow Drew Pickles managed to keep Screw from escaping Hell on his own like before.
