'''Sammy t3h Snake''' is a series of videos created by the [[Sammyt3hSnake|user of the same name]] starring the titular Sammy t3h Snake. The videos ran from 2006 all the way up until the channel's suspension in 2009.

== History ==
The videos first began life in 2006 on YouTube as a series several short videos. As Sammy wasn't truly affiliated with the [[The Barney Bunch|Barney Bunch]] (though was close friends with its members), the videos had a more oddball sense of humor to them and usually relied on obscure references and random and often creepy weirdness, though some occasional references to [[Drew Pickles]] and [[Barney]] were tossed around. Each set of videos was divided up into "seasons", with Season 1 being the earlier videos that were uploaded between December 2006 and consisted of 9 videos. These videos mainly consisted of Sammy telling stories or doing random things.

Season 2 began in January 2007 and suddenly a shift happened in that some of the videos were more plot-driven, though a couple of the earlier videos in that season were done in the style of the first season's videos. Here the videos focused on Sammy going on various adventures with his friends in Sammy t3h Snake Land. This season also had multiple part videos including Sammy Gets Censored! and the Halloween Special. This season wrapped up in December of 2007 with a Christmas Coil, with the whole season consisting of 21 videos (including the multi-part ones). In between this season, the beloved 5 part Sammy t3h Snake: The Movie was released.

Season 3 debuted in January 2008 and continued the more story-driven videos and concluded with the Thanksgiving special in November that same year. many notable episodes included Fetus World and another Halloween special. Unfortunately, whether anyone saw it or not, change was about to happen. The series would come to an abrupt end in 2009 when Sammy's channel was suspended, along with several other channels associated with. In response, Sammy created the SammyisMadeofCh33se account, which serves as an archive for most of his videos (though some have become lost). It was a heavy blow to the community, especially since Sammy's videos were unique among the others.

The legacy of the series, however, is still felt today, with users like [[El Cash Jikuya]], [[SwellFusion]], EarthHound, [[IronYoshi1212 Productions|IronYoshi1212]], and especially the [[The Foot Fetish Community|Foot Fetish Community]] crafting more plot-driven Speakonia videos not unlike those from Sammyt3hSnake. In fact, IronYoshi would go on to explain that Sammy's videos were what lead him to discover Speakonia videos and even inspired his own. So while it seems that the Sammy t3h Snake series won't return, its legacy will continue to shine on like the 1337 letter S.
