MrCaptainJeff was a member of the Speakonia Community from roughly 2009 up until the early to mid 2010s. Perhaps one of, of not the most, famous member of the community during that time, he has produced a number of legendary videos and was a master of Drew Pickles Goes To videos, as well as infamously introducing Yogi Bear as a new foil for the Barney Bunch. As of today, he is no longer active, with many of his videos remaining lost.
History
MrCaptainJeff got his start during the early years of the community, possibly around 2008 or 2009. At the time, he exclusively made Drew Pickles Goes To videos, with many of them being legendary and classics in their own right. At around roughly late 2009 or early 2010, he introduced Yogi Bear into the community to act as a new rival for Drew Pickles, making several videos of Yogi claiming himself to be even gayer than Drew. Naturally, this was met with some criticism from the community, but that was to be the least of their worries.
During the wee hours of 2011, MrCaptainJeff was deciding on whether or not to retire, as he was growing tired of making videos. He got into a skirmish between members of the community over which characters were deemed as "established" following an upload from OldSchoolSwellness. This would lead into the infamous Unestablished War, which would consume the community throughout most of the year. Jeff would continue to make videos after the War until his original channel was terminated from YouTube. The community mourned the loss, but Jeff would later return under a new account called CaptainJeffthe2nd until that channel was ultimately terminated. Finally, his next channel, CaptainJeff87, would be his main channel for the time being, but by then, he appeared to have lost all interest in making videos and finally retired. His legacy will be remembered by those in the community, though many of his original videos (bar a lucky few that surfaced on Dailymotion) remain lost to this very day.
