In the ''Rugrats'' cartoon, Chaz was the geeky, single father to Chuckie. In the Barney Bunch, he is completely different. Chaz has been a mainstay for the Barney Bunch ever since its inception in 2005, where he is treated as being Drew Pickles' favorite butt buddy, second only to Barney. Chaz has been treated as having the most bizarre sessions with Drew, which was depicted mainly by SovietBarney. In these videos, Drew would always ram something up Chaz's ass (which include but are not limited to: a go-kart, a train, a jet plane, an elevator, a rock, a snowmobile, and his Christmas presents!), causing his jaw to partially decapitate and utter Tom's scream from ''Tom and Jerry''. This gag has been replicated in various ways by some members of the community, mainly [[Hydregion]] and [[IronYoshi1212]].

Outside of being Drew's personal butt-monkey, Chaz is well known across [[Drewland]] for having the longest and loudest fart in the country's history, and it managed to stink the entire multiverse and in particular the world where the Teletubbies reside (though it wasn't nearly as potent as Barney's). He was also at one point the vice president of Drewland. His voice tends to fluctuate as well, with his most prominent voice being Adult Male #1, popularized by [[bigboyrats]]' [[Speakonia Dubs|Speakonia dubs]], while many [[Blood-style videos]] tend to use either Microsoft Mike or Microsoft Sam. In some instances, Adult Male #3 is also used.
