Charlotte Pickles is the former wife of Drew Pickles and a member of the Betty Bunch, and a former member of the Repulsa Republic. While her history within the Speakonia Community is a bit hazy, she has gone on to be featured in numerous videos.
Charlotte has actually been around since the early days of the Barney Bunch, at least on YouTube, that is. Perhaps her most famous role was in the StrawberryBarney video The Answer to Why Drew Pickles is Married a Girl, a classic video where Drew explains, well, the reason why he married a girl. Towards the end of the video, Charlotte pops up and comes out to Drew that she is actually a lesbian, and that she married Drew for the same reasons that Drew married her. This is possibly the first instance of Charlotte being a lesbian, all before Betty DeVille would be characterized as such, and in fact she was meant to be Drew's female equivalent until Betty ultimately took that role.
After that video was released, a few miscellaneous videos were released that featured Charlotte in them, with one of them being a Goes To video by DrewPicklesTheDark where she visits Victoria's Secret. Charlotte's next big break came in the form of bigboyrats' Speakonia dubs, which were possibly her most prominent role outside of her introduction into the ranks of a Betty Bunch a few years later. For her voice, she used Adult Female #1 on the highest pitch in bigboyrats' videos, though many creators now tend to use Microsoft Mary, possibly as a nod to Drew using the Microsoft Sam voice.

Charlotte Pickles is the busybody wife of Drew and mother of Angelica in the Rugrats cartoon, where she is a businesswoman who is always talking on the phone with her assistant Johnathan. In the Barney Bunch universe, she is a lesbian who would split from Drew, as well as the mother of the infamous Screw Pickles. As explained in a video by DW4Ever 9-17, Charlotte was also the second-in-command to the Betty Bunch, until she got into a sex-fight with Cindy Bear and ultimately lost both the fight and her life, and she would end up in Hell. In retaliation, the Betty Bunch set an ambush upon Cindy and sought a plan to bring Charlotte back. But the device they were planning to use was stolen by rival group the Repulsa Republic, and they resurrected Charlotte to serve them. Eventually Charlotte was able to break free of their control, and she was able to rejoin the Betty Bunch again.
- There was an old video where it is revealed she and Drew are still legally married and married so they have multiple partners but it seem to got forgotten/retconned out in favor of splitting from Drew.
