Editing Barney Bunch/Speakonia Community Timeline (2010s)

Below is a list of events that happened throughout [[Barney Bunch/Speakonia Community Timeline|the history]] of the [[The Barney Bunch|Barney Bunch]] and [[The Speakonia Community|Speakonia Community]]. Keep in mind that much of the information on the group, at least in its earlier years, is fairly sparse or lost, so mostly significant information will be listed. This section will cover everything from the 2010s.

== Overview ==
The 2010s marks the second decade in the Barney Bunch's existence, and one of its most productive and eventful decades too. Emerging from its trolling-esqe schemes in the mid to late 2000s came to a plethora of content that continues to define the community to this very day, as well as the rise of its most beloved creators. It also marked the emergence of the breakaway faction of the community known as the [[The Foot Fetish Community|Foot Fetish Community,]] and brought forth the [[The Ketchum Klan|Ketchum Klan]], as well as the rise of the [[The Betty Bunch|Betty Bunch]]. The latter half of the decade saw the [[Drew Pickles Goes To]] format go through a decline among users, with the [[Blood-style videos]] being preferred, as well as the [[The Wiggles|Wiggles]] taking center stage for a brief time. The usage of sites like Google+ and Discord allowed community members to become better acquainted with each other and more unified, though the community is still very much fractioned to this very day.<br />

=== 2010 ===

* 2010 - [[BarneyBunchCompany]] creates his eponymous account. [[MrCaptainJeff]] also introduces [[Yogi Bear]] to the Speakonia Community, acting as a new foil for [[Drew Pickles]].
* January 10 - SSRSIsGay uploads The Jonas Brothers Have A Gay Sex Orgy O_O.
* January 12 - SSRSIsGay uploads Welcome The Newest Barney Bunch Member, Dr. Nerd, which is the final upload to his channel before switching to the BarneyBunchCompany account.
*January 31 - [[IronYoshi1212 Productions|IronYoshi]] uploads his first video titled Super Mario 64 Super Bloopers. Throughout the year, he would continuously upload videos, with a few of them making passing references to [[Drew Pickles]] and the Barney Bunch.
* May - [[Blood]] and Life or Death spam WalterFootball.com after the 2010 NFL draft, causing the site to label them as a "Jerk of the Week". This marks one of the very rare instances of [[List of Outside References to the Speakonia Community|the Barney Bunch being noticed by outside observers]].
* May 28 - The Evil Barney Wiki is formed, which had articles about the [[The Barney Bunch (fictional)|Barney Bunch]] and Drew Pickles. Years later, it would rebrand into an unrelated Barney Bunch wiki.
* August 15 - [[Tomservo3]] uploads [[Drew Pickles Talks 'Bout Closing Logos]], which marked the start of several videos over the years of [[Drew Pickles Talks 'Bout Closing Logos (series)|Drew talking about various closing logos]].
* August 31 - ''Castle Crashers'' gets a release on the PlayStation 3.
* September 4 - L uploads The Wiggles Talk, which was heavily influenced by Blood's videos. It marked an early example of the Blood-style videos that would take prominence later on in the decade.
* October 3 - ''Caillou'' airs its final episode.
* October 10 - ''My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic'' premiers on the Hub. It would soon develop a dedicated fanbase known as Bronies.
* October 18 - [[ShelltoonTV1]] joins YouTube.
* December 16 - IronYoshi loses access to his original YouTube account, and goes on a hiatus for the next year.
* December 17 - A live-action ''Yogi Bear'' movie is released in theaters.
* 2010-2011 - Life or Death disappears from the community, discouraging Blood and causing him to retire from the community.

=== 2011 ===

* 2011 - The [[The Unestablished War|Unestablished War]] between OldSchoolSwellness and SwellDrewTube begins, marking the additions of the Hanna-Barbera Bunch, the [[The Humongous Bunch|Humongous Bunch]], [[Brony Drew Pickles]], [[Maid Marian]], the rise of the term "unestablished", and many more shenanigans that would shape the community for better and for worse. Also this year, brony artist John Joseco launches the Ask Princess Molestia blog on Tumblr. Molestia herself would play a role in future Speakonia videos in the 2020s.
* April 13 - MrExperiMENTAL joins YouTube and uploads Drew Pickles Discusses his reason for not starring in Napoleon Dynamite, making it possibly the first [[Drew Pickles Explains His Reasons For Not Starring In]] video.
* June 28 - Google launches its social media offshoot [[Google+]].
* July 21 - [[SovietBarney]] returns to YouTube after a 2-year hiatus with Nigel's Wild Beasts - Episode 1 and Episode 2.
* July 25 - SovietBarney uploads Nigel's Wild Beasts - Episode 3.
* July 26 - FiletOfSole1 joins YouTube, kicking off the breakaway faction of the community known as the [[The Foot Fetish Community|Foot Fetish Community]], which offered unique takes on Speakonia videos and popularized the controversial current depiction of [[Stu Pickles]] in Speakonia media along with the Betty Bunch, and gave rise to groups like the Ketchum Klan, the Repulsa Republic, and many more.
* August 30 - [[El Cash Jikuya]] (then known as LadyJikuya) joins YouTube.
* September 11 - ShelltoonTV1 uploads Drew Pickles Robs a Bank, becoming one of the earliest examples of the [[Drew Pickles Does X]] style videos.
* October - HIT Entertainment is acquired by the toy company Mattel for $680 million.
* October 1 - EarthHound joins YouTube.
* October 16 - SovietBarney uploads Nigel's Wild Beasts - Episode 4.
* October 20 - SovietBarney uploads Oshawott tells a story!
*November 4 - The 2011 ''Muppets'' film is screened at the Savannah Film Festival
*November 23 - The 2011 ''Muppets'' film is released in theaters across the US.
* December 10- The Humongous Bunch YouTube channel is created.
* December 12 - [[DrewPicklesTheDark]] joins YouTube.

=== 2012 ===

* Early 2012 - The Unestablished War ends, leaving the community in shambles and kickstarting the Forth Generation of the Barney Bunch.
* 2012 - [[DJSwell69]] joins YouTube, as does Prime8NStuff. It is assumed that Blood returns to making BB content at this time, and ToiletPraker goes on hiatus. Sam Moran leaves the Wiggles and Greg returns.
* February 20 - OfficialPubeMuppet uploads the now infamous Drew Pickles Goes To Ponyville (THE RIGHT WAY) in response to all the Brony Drew videos.
* April 27 - El Cash Jikuya uploads Drew Pickles Earns a Dollar, which was inspired by Drew Pickles Robs a Bank. This video would prove to be highly influential in the Drew Pickles Does X style for years to come.
* May 30 - IronYoshi creates his second YouTube channel, then titled IronYoshi1212Returnz. It would later be renamed to IronYoshi1212 Productions a few years later.
* July 21 - The 10th anniversary of the [[Pube Muppet]]. SuperBarneyBunch uploads Johnny Bravo Introduces Himself and The Nega-Barney Bunch, marking the debut of the titular Nega-Barney Bunch.
* July 25 - adolfhemroid joins YouTube.
* November 6 - Barack Obama gets re-elected for a second term.
* December 24 - SovietBarney uploads Drew Pickles Holiday Special! This would appear to be his final upload before becoming inactive.
* Late 2012 - The Wiggles reunion is cut short as Greg Page, Murray Cook, and Jeff Fat all depart by the end of the year and are all replaced by new members, leaving Anthony Field the only original member left still performing.

=== 2013 ===

* 2013? - [[bigboyrats]] is terminated from YouTube.
* 2013 - BarneyBunchCompany goes on hiatus. The Jonas Brothers finally disband. Prime8NStuff uploads his first video, Mayor Adam West is Really Really Gay. Also around this time, the Barney Bunch Shoutwiki is hijacked by the M-San Bunch. Blood creates the Blood's Shitty Videos account. [[DrewPicklesAintDed69]] is terminated off YouTube.
* January 13 - [[StrawberryBarney]] uploads Drew Pickles Gets Pranked, which becomes his final video upload before becoming inactive.
* January 25 - DrewPicklesAintDed69 returns to YouTube under the account Mortified Productions. Outside a few reuploads of The Farting Preacher, none of his videos are brought over to his new account, bringing his time in the Speakonia Community to an end.
* April 10 - Blood creates the BloodReturnsAgain account.
* July 19 - Humongous Entertainment is acquired by the video game company Tommo, and would relaunch the Humongous website the following year, as well as rerelease some of the original Humongous games on Steam. Ironically, this was around the time that the actual Humongous Bunch started to decline before falling into obscurity.
* August- Fruite Brute and Fruity Yummy Mummy are given a limited re-release for the first time in decades, fully reuniting the Monsters Cereal group.
* August 22 - DW4Ever91 joins YouTube.
* September 7 - Blood abandons the BloodReturnsAgain account so as to protect his videos.

=== 2014 ===

* 2014 - Tomservo3 uploads the long-awaited sequel to Drew Pickles Talks 'Bout Closing Logos, Drew Pickles Talks 'Bout More Closing Logos. By complete chance, both videos feature the same thumbnail on their original upload. The Ask Princess Molestia blog is shut down after it receives a C&D from Hasbro.
* January 13 - JackTheCryogonal joins YouTube.
* February 22 - Blood creates the Blood BB Videos account.
*March 11 - ''Muppets Most Wanted'' is screened in the El Capitan Theater.
*March 21 - ''Muppets Most Wanted'' gets released in theaters across the US.
* June - The Cockroaches have a reunion for two shows.
* June 21 - The Blood BB Videos account would later be abandoned so as to protect the videos. Around this time, Blood creates yet another account which hosts his very briefly used Drew Pickles [Insert Concept or Location] videos, but after this account is deleted, Blood retires again for the time being.
* August - [[Skewt]] joins YouTube under the Scoot69 name. He also becomes friends with Justice Seeker around this time before making his first video.
* August 10 - [[Thirteeniverse]] joins YouTube. They wouldn't upload anything until 2021 however.
* October - Skewt uploads Drew Pickles Goes To Tommy Parky's House, making it his first video.
* October 2 - Justice Seeker uploads drew pickles and the barney bunch go to a chicago bulls game, which, at 38 minutes and 56 seconds, held the record for the longest Speakonia video ever made. IronYoshi would later break said record 7 years later.
* October 14 - PurplePenisEater69 joins YouTube.
* October 26 - BarneyPoop, under a new username, makes a post to the [[Newgrounds]] forums explaining why he and StrawberryBarney disowned their own creation, showing dissatisfaction towards the YouTube iteration of the Barney Bunch.
* November - Skewt, Justice Seeker, and dildosdildo123 (later known as Mr. Captain Joe 69) wage war with Malcom Axel Norberts, an anti-Barney Bunch troll.
* December - Malcom deletes his YouTube channel. Skewt, dildosdildo123, Tomservo3, and Prime8NStuff band together to create the Barney Bunch Google+ community, making the Barney Bunch a unified community once more. Malcom returns as King Axel Wyndham, and appears to turn over a new leaf, joining the community on Google+. Skewt also creates his backup channel.
*December 12 - [[Speakonia Plus]] (then known as Speakonia Network) joins YouTube.

=== 2015 ===

* February 26 - Blood returns to YouTube under the BarneyBunch Blood account. Many members of the community begin emulating Blood's style of videos, marking the beginning of the Blood-style era.
* May 8 - Blood's comeback is short-lived, however, as he announces another retirement. Also around this time, Blood announces Blood Week, which ran from May 8 until May 10, as a way to go out with a bang before retiring. He then makes a retirement channel.
* May 13 - The messaging and voice chat platform [[Discord]] is launched.
* Mid-2015 - King Axel Wyndham disappears.
*July 7 - Jared Fogle is arrested and imprisoned on account of indecent assault on underage female victims.
* August 25 - The 10th anniversary of the Barney Bunch. BarneyPoop returns to Newgrounds again to comment on his experience with the original Barney Bunch on several forums, as well as give updates on where the original members have been.
* September - Nickelodeon talks about potentially rebooting many of their classic shows, one of which being ''Rugrats''.
* September 9 - ''Castle Crashers'' gets a release on the Xbox One.
* Late 2015 - Alfardo joins the community. Life or Death releases two Death Destroyer songs. This is the first sign of his imminent return.
*October 9 - Speakonia Plus uploads "[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XVQYuy2m4Ig Jared Fogle from Subway joins The Barney Bunch]", which marks the debut of Jared Fogle in the Speakonia Community canon. He would prominently be used in Speakonia Plus' videos.
* November 9 - The ''Teletubbies'' reboot premiers on the BBC channel.
* December - [[VidLii]] is founded.

=== 2016 ===

* Early 2016 - BarneyBunchCompany returns to YouTube after a 3-year hiatus with Drew Pickles Goes to Slutwalk, marking the beginning of the first [[Barney Bunch Renaissance]]. Life or Death also returns, causing Blood to turn his retirement account into an active one.
*January 16 - Speakonia Plus creates Facebook, and [https://www.instagram.com/thebarneybunchpage/ Instagram] pages for The Barney Bunch.
* February - Various collabs are hosted in the community. Blood also creates a channel with the sole purpose of spamming a hundred videos in a single day. This goal was sadly not accomplished as the channel was terminated the very same day. Skewt creates the first shitty music Trap video, a video of Arthur Read getting splooged in the eye while an Anal C**t song blares in the background. Speakonia Plus creates a [https://twitter.com/barneybunchfans Barney Bunch account on Twitter]
* May 31 - HIT Entertainment is folded into Mattel, with all their properties now under Mattel's ownership.
* Summer - Life or Death hosts the Barney Bunch Movie collab.
* June - Prime8NStuff uploads The Wiggles Go To Denny's.
* June 3 - SavageBoy69 joins the community.
* July 14 - Minor ''Rugrats'' Character Day, a celebration of various background characters from ''Rugrats''.
* August 19 - Jack Riley passes away at age 80.
* August 23 - [[ToiletPranker|ToiletPranke]]<nowiki/>[[ToiletPranker|r]] returns form his hiatus with 3 reuploaded classics and an update video.
* September - Life or Death deletes his channel. The community mourns his departure. He would return though, explaining that he was in a stressful situation and wasn't interested in the Barney Bunch at the time. He also starts his series about shitty rundown establishments.
* September 12 - ToiletPranker uploads his final video to date, George Clooney Talks About His Swell Life With COFFee Pods, making his comeback the shortest lived of anyone in the Renaissance. Blood and Life or Death reform Assfuck with the release of Gay Fruitcake and Damn That Guy Is Really Gay.
* September 26 - [[SwellFusion]] joins YouTube.
*Late 2016 - Wildbrain (then known as DHX Media) releases a reboot of the ''Caillou'' series on the official Caillou YouTube channel and Amazon Prime. The episodes wouldn't be made available in the US until 2021.
* October - SavageBoy hosts the Wiggles Collab.
* October 14 - Blood announces the Barney Bunch Weekly Contest.
* November - Skewt's original channel is terminated the day he was to select the winner of the contest.
* December 12 - SavageBoy makes some rather infamous comments about the Barney Bunch being monetized. This is met with immediate backlash from the community.
* December 13 - Blood responds to SavageBoy's comments with two videos explaining what a terrible idea it was for the Barney Bunch to be monetized. Life or Death disappears for the final time, with tribute videos coming in.
* December 18 - Blood uploads DREW PICKLES HAS SEX IN KMART, as his "for fun" entry for the contest that week. This video marks the official end of the Renaissance, as this was Blood's last video for 3 years before he retired yet again.

=== 2017 ===

* Early 2017 - The community enters its darkest point so far following the departure of Blood and Life or Death.
* January 20 - Barack Obama's presidency ends.
* May 9 - DJSwell69 returns to YouTube after a prolonged absence.
* June 12 - SavageBoy creates a VidLii account for non-BB-related purposes, which would remain dormant until the Second Renaissance.
* June 23 - Skewt and MCB1209 create the Drew Pickles and the BB Wiki on Fandom in response to the Barney Bunch Shoutwiki.
* July 21 - The 15th anniversary of the Pube Muppet.
* August - NewSchoolSwellness is formed, originally as a Google+ page and then as a Discord server. MCB1209 orders a raid of the Barney Bunch Shoutwiki.
* August 26 - The Barney Bunch Shoutwiki is closed.
* September 17 - SwellFusion uploads Drew Pickles and Barney Have a Baby, creating the now current iteration of [[Drew Pickles Jr.]]
* October 6 - A theatrical ''My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic'' movie is released.
* November 7 - Nobody Nobody ends the Barney Bunch Contest after relinquishing his title as host.
* December 8 - The Drew Pickles and the BB Wiki is shut down after it was reported for being "homophobic".

=== 2018 ===
This year would mark the lowest point for the entire community's history, with nothing much happening save for the following.

* Early 2018 - M-San (supposedly) passes away.
*March - Skewt announces his retirement from the community due to a lack of excitement since the Renaissance.
*March 23 - The ''Muppet Babies'' reboot premiers on Disney Jr.
* March 29 - SavageBoy follows suit and announces his retirement as well, though he and Skewt would remain in contact with each other via Discord.
* Mid 2018 - BarneyBunchCompany is terminated from YouTube.
* Late 2018 - Pime8NStuff and Tomservo3 are terminated from YouTube.
* December - Skewt makes an account on VidLii, mainly posting "portrayed by SpongeBob" videos. He would later use this account for Barney Bunch content. SavageBoy suggests to the dead NewSchoolSwellness server that they take the Barney Bunch to the alternative video hosting platform VidLii. Nobody so much as humors this suggestion. Prime8NStuff erases his entire online presence. His DeviantArt account is deleted and his (never used) VidLii page is also deleted, and his Discord account remains inactive.

=== 2019 ===

* 2019 - The Jonas Brothers get back together.
* Early 2019 - Skewt and SavageBoy begin sharing old Blood videos among each other on Discord and spark up their interest in the Barney Bunch again.
* January 20 - SwellFusion uploads a remake of [[Drew Pickles Goes To Hell]], which would be his final Speakonia video.
* March 24 and 25 - Skewt and SavageBoy begin work on a new Speakonia Community Wiki under Miraheze.
* April 2 - Google+ shuts down.
* April 15 - SavageBoy creates the private Barney Bunch Discord server, which initially comprised of himself and Skewt.
* May 3 - Skewt returns to making videos on VidLii with THE WIGGLES DO SOME SHADY SHIT PURE EXPLOITATION XXX.
* May 5 - Community veteran Angel58 joins VidLii.
* May-June - Skewt and SavageBoy continue making content on VidLii, eventually meeting up with Alfardo (known as AssFucker69 there).
* June - Skewt and SavageBoy begin a full on detective case to track down Blood. They determine he is still connected to the community since he and Tomservo3 were still making Assfuck songs as recently as December 2018. Tomservo3 joins VidLii as MeiForPresident, and she and Blood join the Discord server.
* June 13 - Tomservo3 returns to YouTube as Tomservo3 Again.
* June 21 - Blood officially returns to the community on VidLii, where he also revives the BloodReturnsAgain account to post a verification video. The [[Second Barney Bunch Renaissance]] officially begins.
* June 28 - MrSpike rejoins the community on VidLii under the name TerroristBarney. Skewt uploads "THE WIGGLES RECTAL RAMPAGE UNHINGED F****T ANAL RAPE", the video would appear on "The Wrong Side of Vidlii" weeks later.
* July - BarneyBunchCompany rejoins the community on VidLii as BarneyBunchStudios and joins the Discord server. MisterIncognito also returns and joins both VidLii and the Discord server. Sir Peter joins the Discord server.
*July 12 - Skewt and Savageboy partake in [[Childhood Movie Day]].
* July 17 - VidLii channel TeeHeeHUB uploads "Johnny Johnny & The Wiggles | The Wrong Side of Vidlii", marking the peak of the attention the Barney Bunch received on the site at the time.
* July 29 - SavageBoy and Sir Peter are banned from the VidLii Discord server; the former left one single piece of Arthur Read/Buster Baxter hentai up on the #general channel for over an hour, and the latter spammed porn. Mod Zod4President's reason for being absent on the matter was "eating dinner", and his message to SavageBoy was "f*ck off sad bitchass", likely an attempt to save face.
* August - VidLii runs into various problems, such as its security ticket expiring and its servers slowing down, likely which had to do with the amount of Barney Bunch content being posted. Suggestions to expand to other video-sharing sites are made, including Blood suggesting the community return to Newgrounds at some point.
* August 15 - Blood is banned from VidLii after spamming a user.
* August 27 - SavageBoy leaves VidLii, but would return in December.
* September 9 - Community veterans HappyTheHomo45 and Moon Eagle join the Discord server.
* September 17 - ''Castle Crashers'' gets a release on the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
* October 10 - Veterans Ghey Carl Winslow and Shelltoon join the Discord server.
* October 13 - ''My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic'' airs its final 3 episodes, concluding after a 9-year run.
* October 18 - Mattel Films announces plans for a second Barney movie, with actor Daniel Kaluuya producing.
* November 13 - Blood creates the Blood Blood account on YouTube for new videos.
* December 6 - A rebooted ''Clifford the Big Red Dog'' cartoon premieres on Amazon Prime Video. It would air on television on PBS Kids a day later.
* December 8 - The Blood Blood account is terminated from YouTube. Caroll Spinney (Big Bird's first actor) passes away.
* December 9 - Zak Wolf creates a bigboyrats Google Drive, containing most if not all the old ''Rugrats'' Speakonia dubs that were made on the channel.
* Late December - Blood takes a brief hiatus from the community to focus on real-life matters and logs out of Discord to avoid checking it. IronYoshi rediscovers the Barney Bunch after originally losing interest following his high school graduation years ago, and becomes invested in it once again.
